Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Ruck Grassroots subscriptions. Cardiff Giant Ventures Limited is the seller of record; payments are processed through Stripe.

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Settings, Manage Subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals.

Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that date.

2. No refunds for part periods

We do not give refunds for part of a billing period, whether monthly or annual. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

3. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
