Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ruck Grassroots application and website (the "Service"), operated by Cardiff Giant Ventures Limited (company no. 12322092), of Unit 12 Green Park, Coed Cae Lane Industrial Estate, Pontyclun, CF72 9GP, Wales, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ruck Grassroots is a software tool that helps grassroots rugby coaches plan and run age-appropriate training sessions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with a free trial where offered.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paying subscribers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. The Service is intended for coaches and club administrators, not for use by children.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Cardiff Giant Ventures Limited is the seller of record for all subscriptions. Payments are processed on our behalf by our payment processor, Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited). Your card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. We are VAT registered and are responsible for remitting it.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled. The price shown at checkout applies; we may change prices on renewal with prior notice.
You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage Subscription); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access it by unauthorised means; reverse engineering or disrupting it; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or using it to store data about children in breach of applicable safeguarding or data-protection law.
5. Coaching content disclaimer
Ruck Grassroots provides drills and session structures aligned with published age-grade guidance. It is a planning aid only. You remain responsible for the safety, supervision, and suitability of any activity you run. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from how sessions are delivered.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service and its content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the Service.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
